Experts recommend always applying deodorants to clean skin. However, some experts also advise against the use of such aids, since deodorant users can sweat significantly more on other parts of the body.

As an alternative, essential oils can be used. Tea tree oil, for example, can stop unpleasant sweat odors because it is antiseptic and antiviral.

Proper nutrition is important

The problem can also be addressed through proper nutrition. According to experts, odor-promoting foods such as onions or garlic should be avoided.

You should also avoid coffee, alcohol, nicotine, spicy and difficult to digest foods.

Relaxation exercises for stress relief such as yoga or progressive muscle relaxation are recommended.

Sage tea helps reduce sweat production from the inside. Sage has an antiperspirant effect and narrows the sweat glands.

Wheatgrass is also considered a natural sweat stopper. This flushes out acids and toxins from the body that cause excessive sweating.
